    Imogen is Managing Director of Write the Talk, APAC, a storytelling agency transforming how leaders communicate and connect. With over 12 years of strategic communication experience, she has worked alongside CEOs and leadership teams worldwide, shaping narratives that drive engagement and growth.

    In 2020, Imogen co-founded Three Wise Sheep Productions to tell fierce female stories through award-winning films like Sweetcorn and the web series Pivot. She also leads Kaleidoscope, a women's executive network fostering meaningful conversations and big ideas. Imogen is a competitive trail runner and Hyrox athlete.

  • Kate Wood

    Kate is Head of Inclusion at HSBC Hong Kong, with over a decade of experience in risk, compliance, and diversity roles in financial services. Her career highlights include establishing HSBC’s first mental health and disability inclusion network in Asia Pacific and leading DE&I initiatives across the region for EY.

    Kate serves on the board of WISE, a charity advancing women and girls in sports, and supports various social impact causes in Hong Kong. A certified personal trainer and mental health first aider, she is passionate about empowering women through health, inclusion, and advocacy.

    Amy is the co-founder of She Runs Collective, a community aiming to break down barriers to participation and promote women in sport. With over 10 years of experience in the sports industry and a background in Sport Development, Amy is passionate about the transformative power of sport for both individuals and communities. 

    She is excited to bring her expertise in sport development and her work with She Runs Collective to The Impact Collective, striving to create more opportunities, elevate standards, and build inclusive platforms where women can thrive.

    Jemma is a financial adviser, competitive sailor, and dedicated charity volunteer based in Hong Kong. With a lifelong passion for sailing, she thrives in navigating unpredictable waters and embracing challenges that build resilience and teamwork.

    In both her career and the sailing world—traditionally male-dominated spaces—Jemma is driven by a commitment to empower and inspire women to push beyond their comfort zones and embrace adventure.

    Sonia Vashi is the co-founder of Onside Sports Group, an organisation championing athlete advocacy and inclusive sport, and Phenomenally Pink, a non-profit raising awareness about cancer screening for both women and men. Her leadership reflects her passion for social change, sport, and health advocacy in Hong Kong and beyond.

    As the Event Planning Manager for Asia at Cooley, Martine specializes in orchestrating impactful and engaging events that enhance the firm’s visibility and strengthen client relationships across the region. She strives for experiences outside the norm and beyond the cliché of typical business events.

    Beyond her role at Cooley, Martine is deeply committed to several organizations that reflect her passions and values. She serves on the board of The Harbour School, advocating for inclusive and experiential learning. Additionally, she sits on the advisory board at TEDxTinHauWomen, leveraging over a decade of experience in curating TEDx events across Asia to amplify women’s voices and inspire transformative ideas.

    Her multifaceted involvement allows her to blend professional expertise with a commitment to community engagement, driving meaningful change in various spheres.
